MDA works with ANZ to help deliver their national retail banking programme comprising of approx. 40 to 50 branches annually.
Services Provided
MDA provides an extensive service comprising the review and recommendation of estimates, negotiation of contract price submissions, and the assessment of variations. Project costs are also benchmarked at the project, element and asset levels providing historical data for assessment purposes and forward planning.
