Project Description
This complex is unique in design and function. The 2,300 person capacity Great Hall has multiple uses (full school assemblies, exams, concert and performance events and sporting activities) and has been constructed over the Aquatic Centre.
The 50 metre pool and Learn to Swim areas provide unequalled facilities for the school community and general public.
Service Provided
MDA provided a full cost management service including preparation of initial budgets, value management through the design development phase, assistance with the tender process and final contractor engagement.
Working closely with the project management team, MDA Australia assessed progress claims, variations and final accounts.
