Sydney Aviation holdings undertook a redevelopment iof the Seaplane Base in Rose Bay. The new base is naturally aeronautcally themed with sleek wing design for the roof areas, coupled with an open plan designed with interior finishes reflecting the Golden Age of Flying Boats in Australia
